  • Improve user experience through thoughtful, cohesive design.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm concepts and turn ideas into compelling visual content.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and ensure all designs follow brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within E-commerce or online retail.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.

  • Strong aesthetic sense and great attention to detail.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work (required).

Do you love fashion and enjoy helping people feel confident in what they wear?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Experience & Styling Associate to support our customers online, provide personalized styling tips, and help shoppers navigate their purchases.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers through email or online chat with style advice, sizing help, product recommendations, and general inquiries.

  • Provide friendly, supportive, and personalised service aligned with our brand tone.

  • Help customers find the right fit by understanding their preferences and offering styling suggestions.

  • Work with our team to maintain a positive, seamless customer experience throughout the entire shopping journey.

  • Gather customer feedback and communicate improvements to the internal team.

  • Support daily online operational tasks when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, online support, or fashion retail (a plus).
