This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle processing times, shipping, customs, and responsibilities once your order is on its way.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging by our supplier.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details (where tracking is available).

Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

The average shipping time is:

  • 3–7 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

Please be aware that:

  • During busy periods (such as holidays, sale seasons, or promotional events), shipping carriers and customs may take longer than usual.

  • Delays caused by customs inspections, local postal services, strikes, or extreme weather are outside our control.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we do our best to provide realistic estimates.


4. Shipping Method & Origin

We work with a dropshipping model. This means:

  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

  • Shipments are handled by international logistics partners and then transferred to your local postal or courier service.

Because shipments are international:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by your country’s customs authorities.

  • These charges (if applicable) are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination country

    • Total order weight or size

    • Selected shipping method (if multiple options are offered)

The final shipping cost will always be shown before you complete your order.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your country’s regulations:

  • Your order may be subject to customs checks, import duties, VAT, or other local charges.

  • These fees are not controlled by us and cannot be refunded by Anna & Dean Sydney.

  • If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we may not be able to refund your order (or only partially, depending on the situation).

We recommend checking your local customs rules if you are unsure.


7. Responsibility & Risk During Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, it is handed over to the carrier, and the following applies:

  • If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided, Anna & Dean Sydney is not responsible for missing, stolen, or misplaced packages.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

    • The shipping address is correct and complete.

    • A safe place or person is available to receive the package.

Address Errors

  • Any mistakes in the shipping address must be reported to us within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • After this time, your order may already be processed by our supplier, and changes may no longer be possible.

  • If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, all resulting issues and costs are the customer’s responsibility.


8. Tracking Your Order

  • Where possible, we provide a track & trace link via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • It may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipment has been processed.

  • If your tracking does not update or shows unusual activity for an extended period, please contact us so we can assist.


9. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

In some cases, a parcel may be returned to the sender or marked as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to pay customs duties or taxes

  • No one available to receive the parcel

  • Local postal restrictions or failed delivery attempts

Depending on the situation and carrier policies:

  • We will review the case and determine whether a partial refund (minus shipping and any fees) or reshipment at additional cost is possible.
