1. General Information

At Anna & Dean Sydney, we aim to keep our customers happy with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions described below.

This Return Policy is designed to be clear and transparent, while also reflecting the nature of our business model as a dropshipping store. By placing an order with us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unworn (trying on is allowed, but wearing for use is not)

    • Unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • In their original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging still attached.

  • Any signs of wear, use, stains, odors, damage, or missing tags may result in rejection of the return.

  • The practice of ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Important: We do not provide free returns. All return-related costs are at the customer’s expense.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons and in line with our logistics process, certain items may not be eligible for return, including (but not limited to):

  • Items that are not in their original condition

  • Items without original tags/labels

  • Items that show visible signs of wear or use

  • Items returned without prior approval from us

  • Items outside the allowed return period

4. Return Request & Timeline

You must register your return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Request Steps

  1. Email us at info@annadeansydney.com within 14 days after you have received the product.

    • Include your order number, full name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must ship the item back to the provided address at your own expense, including:

    • Shipping costs

    • Any customs duties or import/export-related fees

  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method. You are responsible for the parcel until it has been delivered and processed at the return address.


5. Return Shipping & Customer Responsibility

  • All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • Any customs charges, import duties, or additional fees charged during the return process are also the responsibility of the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned without tracking and gets lost, we cannot issue a refund.

  • We do not accept “cash on delivery” return shipments.


6. Inspection & Refunds

Once the returned item is received at our supplier’s address in China, it will be inspected for compliance with our return conditions.

If your return is approved:

  • We will refund the purchase price of the product(s) (excluding original shipping costs)

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days after the return has been received and approved

  • The refund will be made using the original payment method used for the order

If your return is not approved (for example, due to wear, damage, missing tags, or late return), we may:

  • Reject the refund

  • Offer to send the product back to you (at your cost), or

  • Dispose of the item if no reshipment is requested

We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance of a return.


7. Lost, Misdelivered or Undelivered Parcels

  • If the tracking status shows that your order has been delivered to the address provided by you, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels at that address.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address was provided and the package cannot be delivered, this is entirely the responsibility of the customer.


8. Address Errors & Changes

  • Any errors in the shipping address must be reported to us within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can still be applied, as orders may already be processed by our supplier.

  • If the order is shipped to an incorrect address due to wrong details provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible at info@annadeansydney.com.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect

We will review your case and, depending on the situation, may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A partial or full refund

This process is handled on a case-by-case basis.
